In this profound program with Maestro Keitaro Harada and the Dayton Philharmonic, pianist Awadagin Pratt performs two concertos written especially for him, both inspired by T.S. Eliot’s Four Quartets. The evening culminates in Mozart’s Requiem where Malone the Soprano Solos. Mozart’s Requiem captures the dance of life and death, the tension between stillness and motion, and the journey from mortality to transcendence.
